Just gonna toss this out there, I don't know about an aircraft carrier, but you can make a buoyant vessel out of concrete. My college participates in a regional engineering competition every year, and one of the competitions in it is building a concrete canoe.

Ahem...

I haven't driven a Black Series SLS (or any Black Series car for that matter) but I have driven a regular SLS on a track with all the nannies on, and it was the business. The car does have a heft and solidity to it, both in its movements and the inputs it requires from you, but I like that about it. Also, that

Is it just me, or does 6.4 seconds to 60 seem a bit slow for the Holden?

Oh man "Not only are you a dangerous driver..." I got a kick out of that. Let's fight stereotypes with assumptions and more stereotypes!

Are you kidding, this would be my take everything to the everywhere vehicle.

I drove a non R-Design I6 S60, and if I had the money to do it, I would totally buy this thing. I do think they've finally given the S60/V60 paddles too, so I could absolutely deal with having this in my driveway.

I think the only powertrain that you could reasonably expect to provide 5,000 horsepower would a 10 liter, flat-20 engine running dual superchargers fed by quad turbo chargers, that runs off the tears of small children, puppies and Native Americans. This would have to be hybridized with a plutonium drive, or perhaps

Gotcha. I've actually never heard it, but when I mentioned the shirt, my wife made me aware of it.

You're welcome. I do what I can. Also, upon reviewing my post, apparently I can't form an actual sentence.

Well that was unnecessary rough. Looking at burnouts always makes me feel better, maybe it'll work for you.

I don't know that that really counts as a comeback, since it didn't go away in between.

I'd imagine it would be comparable to a CLS size and roofline-wise, I figure it you updated the front end with Chevrolet's newer design language (although I'd take it like it is) it could work. If I ever become Jay Leno, and have the cash to have one-off cars commissioned, (I won't) I'll have one of these made.

It's a song. Wagon wheel be Darius Rucker, or something like that.

That seems...surprisingly accurate. I do like the idea of it though, a big, muscle sedan that had the swoopy roofline style that was a few years ahead of its time. I'd totally rock one.

I've added SSC lowering springs, an Addco rear sway bar/Turner Motorsports adjustable endlinks, a Dorman front sway bar/endlinks, ZZ Performance chromoly strut tower braces front and rear, camber bolts, and ZZ Performance shortened dog bones. The car is still riding on the original FE1 comfort suspension dampers, so

Note to self...go to a Paramore concert.

You should totally feature this:

If that was you in the gif, I wouldn't really care if you were.

Ha, thanks
