Skimming the comments (I don't have time to read them all) I see many people upset with what happened here. Why all the negativity?

I was extremely distressed by the video of that discussion. It offended me deeply and profoundly on a very personal level. Lindy, what's with that incredibly irritating rising inflection on every second sentence? Holy crap, that was painful.

So everybody is rightfully on the stupid bus driver's case for what happened here. This was totally ridiculous.
