I do have to wonder about the 'legal' threat: do slander/libel laws apply to Internet blogs? They may not have a legal leg to stand on, so that threat may just be posturing and fear-mongering.
I will say that the above post is fairly T&A light, though, with the exception of Ya Ya Han (who bases her career on it). The costumes that do depict a lot of T&A were originally drawn/created that way. A lot of the women's outfits int he above video are actually not that 'derogatory', per se.
