You can do everything in the game and still have plenty of time left over. I completed all side quests (except ng+ and the crazy superboss) and had a depressing 5 days left where Lightning had nothing to do. I enjoyed the game a lot though!

It's possible to create a homage without ripping off character designs wholesale. The female character looks original enough, but the guy doesn't.
