One last re-post for the lunch time crowd. Thanks for all the help and advice everyone! Tomorrow I finally pick her up.
My 2012 Ford Mustang is currently at Riverhead Ford, where it has been undergoing its second manual transmission rebuild for the last 8 weeks. Yes 8 weeks.
TL/DR: I may need someone with a Manual 2011-2014 GT to bring their car to Riverhead Ford in Long Island on Friday 6/5/2015 as a comparison to show they…
I am on the Ford racing mailing list and found this in my inbox. They took three 2015 Mustangs, an Ecoboost, a 5.0 GT and a prototype Roush supercharged 5.0 and challenged them to be the first cars in the 12's, 11's and 10's respectively. It was a great video to watch. I listed a few things I noticed below.
Running and Driving. No reserve. It might be worth taking a look. It needs a little work here and there but it definitely caught my attention.
Over the past few months there have been a few topics that I've really wanted to take the time and write about. Unfortunately, as writing these posts is something I just do for fun, they usually get put on the back burner. However, I may have some time this weekend to write one and thought I would ask OppositeLock…
I don't remember much of the Matrix trilogy. That's not for any reason other than the fact that it has been about 6 years since I've watched any of the movies. Edit: Room is live
I don't know about you guys but this week was very busy and went by very slow. I'm shot. Here's a burnout to cheer me up.
I don't know how many of you care but the Lincoln MKC configurator is live. I am really looking forward to driving this over the summer.
1950 Mercury. Cooler than ice.
This is the follow-up to my earlier post asking the Jalopnik community to give me a topic to discuss. While I had a lot of great suggestions, this question posed by Hermann- Fantasy WRC Champion, appealed the most to me. I think it is a great discussion piece simply because it is a different take on the Amarak…
I apologize for the re-post. I figured it couldn't hurt considering how busy the Oppo forum is.
According to the BMJ (Formally the British Medical Journal), if you read all of Ian Flemming's James Bond novels and chart Mr. Bonds drinking habits, you find that he was more of a drunk than a spy. It is an interesting read, and seems to backed by pretty good analysis, abet a little tongue in check.
*Note: I apologize for the length of this post. I didn't realize how much I had to say when I first started this.*
Best photos I have seen so far. Thanks R&T
While I have yet to make up my mind on the overall design of the new Mustang, there is one detail that I absolutely hate; the pony on the steering wheel. It looks cheap; there is no definition, no detail, it is just the silhouette. To me it honestly looks like an unlicensed knockoff of the emblem. I think the…
