“What’cha got cookin’ today, Papa?”

There is something wonderfully obscene about that statue. It is like Prometheus giving Man fire, but instead “I give you FOOTBALL.” We can only hope the birds come in to rip his liver out.

So then why does JJ Watt and Clay Mathews never get called out for their glory boy me first shenanigans too? Why is it when Aaron Rodgers does his discount double check celebration all you here about is how much fun he is having but when Victor Cruz does the salsa or if Antonio Brown celebrates after scoring then you

And Cam didn’t jump on the ball in the biggest game of his professional career, ONE game after he crashed over the entire Cardinal defense to get into end zone when they were already up by 8o......

Honestly I think my problem with Cam is his leadership. You can dance and dab all you want. That press conference in my opinion he flat out bailed on his team. You lost the biggest game of your life it sucks but you set the tone for that team and all those guys look up to you. To just bounce was cowardly. To throw a

Maybe you aren’t aware of it, but there is a tired old trope that black men could not be successful QBs in the NFL. This BS has been around a while, even though the NFL has had plenty of successful QBs of color. Von Miller occupies a position that doesn't have as much racist baggage. Carson Palmer made a lewd gesture

The craziest part?

I’ve never seen a fan base that had a MVP quality player and disliked him so much. He pretty much single handedly carried the team last year and Panthers fans were waiting for something to happen so they could jump on him. I live in NC so believe me I know. Big Ben has 2 rape charges Steelers fans love him, Mike Vick

I have always found that to be a terrible comparison. People like when Gronk dances and does dumb things because that’s the persona he’s taken on. He’s the goofy lovable idiot who just wants to play football. “Leadership”, “driven”, and “face of the franchise” are frequently used to describe Newton. You never hear

And as we all know, a player who has been tagged but wanted a bigger long term deal has never, ever signed his franchise tender and taken an $18 million dollar check for one year’s work. Things said in contract negotiations are etched in stone.

They could have kept the franchise tag and paid him $15 million for his age 28 season, which would have been really helpful in trying to win now while you still have this “best roster” intact.

I had the same reaction. At first, I was so embarrassed by her “jokes”, I instinctively changed the channel, but immediately went back when I remembered how much of a horrible person she is.

I read that she passed on almost all of the jokes the comedy central writers created for her and instead went with her own stuff. The writers were amused by her failure but I guess wanted to clarify they didnt sabotage her or give her bad material.

If a shoe fits...

I agree, I had strong second hand embarrassment watching her tell her “jokes”. Also she was visibly shaking and uncomfortable. I mean I know she lives for this shit, and I do not feel bad for her at all, but it was really cringey to watch. She told some joke about Pete Davidson and he made the “HAHA I HATE YOU” laugh

And Peyton Manning is a typically conservative athlete who roundly supports pile-of-garbage-who-sells-other-piles-of-garbage Pappy John.

+1 for “vile cornhusk”

I’m pretty happy she was alive to see a black man become President. Fuck her and may she rest in hell.

I almost feel guilty about how little I disapprove of this. The curse of being a bleeding-heart liberal and not a college athlete rapist, I guess.

I think I remember Kirk Cousins performing a similar protest in the middle of the Eagles game last year.
