Most of your run-of-the-mill forklifts can pull/push 10k lbs. They can lift up to 1500-2000lbs without tipping over depending on design. There are larger specialized ones in the container yard that lift/push/pull much more than that.

I'm also in international shipping (air freight dept.) The whole system is built around protecting carriers. Our insurance denies things left and right, they don't even have to look hard.

I did actually read all of them. It's just been 20 years or so. Some of the parts of the books mash together with parts of the movies. Waterfall scene from the 2nd movie was actually a scene from the first book.
