But how do you know the cotton candy was ever even there, maaaan?

Think it was the Hawaiian (Aloha?) incident from 1988. I remember it because it literally was one week before I went on my first airplane trip.

Agreed. Davis’ length and athleticism warps the entire defense. He cleans up tons of mistakes.

Holiday has been the best player on the floor for either team.

Damian Lillard needs to be getting 40. 17 on 7-18 in a must win at home in the playoffs is not doing much for his superstar status.

That was my favorite part.

Tower also gave her the wrong runway at first, and she was like “so, 27R now? Okay, don’t worry about us guys. Just missing part of the plane and a person was apparently sucked out... Oh, what’s that, yeah 27L. Thanks. Have a pleasant day. I’ll just stop up here by the firetruck.”

“We have part of the aircraft missing so we’re going to need to slow down a bit.”

I love how she ends comms with “Have a good day.” and “Thank you for the assistance.” in a calm and cool manner. Like hey I lost a chunk of plane and a passenger so my day is shit. I hope yours is pleasant.

After listening to the audio, and how chill she was during the whole landing, I was expecting her to put in a lunch order for her and the co-pilot.

I love window seats....more specifically I love window seats right over the wing so I can watch the wing flaps doing stuff. (Also, I always figured this would be the strongest, most reinforced part of the plane.) If I’m seeing the stories correctly, this would be the seat where the shrapnel hit. Bummer.

On the plane I fly when a major malfunction occurs we disengage the autopilot, regain control of the aircraft run any drills and then and only then do we consider engaging the autopilot again.

New Deal: these three should not operated for profit:

I don’t know if the job exists, but if the police had someone THEY could call once they ascertain a suspect is having a mental health episode, that would help these situations. This guy is huge, naked and (I think) hallucinating. I feel like police are definitely needed here, but it’d be nice if all they had to do was

When your co-workers are openly saying “I’m glad you’ve embroiled yourself in an ethics scandal to distract the public from my own ongoing ethics scandal.”, it’s entirely possible there’s an ethics problem with the organization as a whole.

People don’t really realize how expensive having a kid is until they have one. I’m not talking about raising a kid, which is an entirely other deal. I’m talking about the actual process of going through pregnancy. Even with insurance.

You only need Cohen’s services if you want to squash a sex scandal or launder Russian $$..which one is it, Sean?

Trump’s entire campaign and presidency back to day one has been an amalgamation of the worst people in the world joining forces. Kochs, The Mercers, the Alt-right, Manafort & Co., Russian Oligarchs, NRA, Murdoch, and now Sinclair... all of them tentacles of the same malignant beast. Every agency, every aide, every
