That was my take as well. I was thinking, he’s been somewhat open about going through a very, very bad time...depression, suicidal ideations, etc. And yeah, sometimes when people are depressed they may not have good personal hygiene. They may not leave the house. They may lose their sex drive.

Collins has talked in the past about being suicidal. He’s clearly suffered depression, and it’s known he struggled with an addiction to pain killers. This is a gross take, the reporting is not even half-assed, and the writing is all tone and no substance.

If her claims are true, then that means Phil Collins has struggled with addiction (and painkiller addiction is real and very serious, having known a family member who had to go to rehab for it).
