True, but when I’m whole30 compliant for a few weeks, I feel great, I sleep straight through the night, my skin looks awesome, my allergies diminish, my weight drops and I have more energy.

I did the Whole30 and discovered that grains, dairy, and sugar really screw with me. So now, instead of looking at a piece of cake and thinking of the calories, I look at it and think about how long I’m going to be in the bathroom for the next couple of days and how I won’t be able to sleep and how my sugar dragon…
