I knew it! The moment I saw the preview and they were talking about the great hero/warrior/destroyer/weirdo, I knew it could only be the Doctor in there.

I just started the book. Looks good so far. In particular I've been enjoying how grounded the details of the world are.
@Charlie Jane Anders: And that's just it. It's all too easy to check out and just stop trying in order to avoid the pain of another cancellation. Hell, I'm still smarting over the cancellations of last year. But there'll be something new, and you have to give it a chance.
Charlie Jane Anders, your ability to keep hope alive despite the overwhelming odds of this show either sucking, or being awesome and then canceled, are a source of inspiration to us all.
Fine. I'll say it:
@sonicsurge: Welcome... To Teh Futar!
@sonicsurge: You are factually correct, but in 100 years, I believe that future media historians who have studied our era will at the very least make the same mistake, if not assume it was the truth.
I stopped watching heroes a long time ago, and Sylar was part of the problem. I think that the show runners made a major mistake: They thought that the audience liked Sylar. I think the truth of it was that the audience was just rooting for him to kill all the other characters.
@Hamslicer: It all depends on when their teeth grow in. For all we know, they may not grow their adult teeth until after they stop nursing. We just have little information on their childhood development, and likely never will until someone greenlights "Predator vs. Kindergarten Cop".
@tetracycloide: Keep in mind that we have a very limited knowledge of predator biology. It's not as if anyone ever sat down with a predator and a questionnaire. For all we know, they might nurse their young. I would even be willing to bet that a sufficiently dedicated google search would allow one to find a great deal…
@CodenameV: Yeah, I'd noticed the same flaw in his arguement. Which is even more glaring because he's counting on the declining populations to be a driving source of conflict in the world. There's no nation on Earth facing this problem worse than Japan.
And I thought windows needed a lot of memory!
@Shini: R.O.A.C.H.: Mirelurks, nothing. That looks like one hell of a Tyrannid infestation.
