I have a theory on this behavior. The people who do this, as children would tattle to adult authority figures (parents, teachers, etc) when things did not go they way they liked.  Now, as grown-ups, they can’t tattle to an adult, so they tattle to the adult-adults, by calling 911.

The reason there was no end-credits scene is because up until now, the end credits scenes have been building to this movie. Since this movie is now over, there’s nothing more to build to.  

The most unrealistic part of this movie is Fortnite still being popular five years in the future.
