This is exactly right. Someone one day was saying to me that car manufacturers would see how supply constraints increased prices and thus in the future would continue this. But unless they all colluded, the manufacturer(s) that could ramp back up sooner than anyone would be the winner(s)...high supply with high prices

Gee, dealers can’t sell cars at current prices? Maybe they should try, I dunno, selling them for lower prices? Just thinking out loud here.

Interest rates on new car loans seem to be improving (and manufacturers are starting to offer incentives for lower rate loans).

How strange that it’s hard to move $80k Chevy Tahoes.

No no, the other three carjackings done by some crim would have been covered in the owner’s DNA because the crim had been in her cars first, so the cops need to be able to match hers to exclude that otherwise-mysterious DNA they would find in the other 3 stolen cars.

1. Airplanes crash.

Harris has been charged with first-degree murder, attempted murder and a few other gun charges, The Banner reports. Because he’s under 21 years old, he cannot legally own a handgun.

Now a question... is it any worse than the ‘issues’ surrounding vehicles with aluminum bodies?

It is illegal. It’s called extortion. How it’s not being prosecuted as such is unfathomable.

Feels like a lot of this should be illegal. For example, how is listing another company’s business as your address not fraud?

Exactly. Like, OK we get it, you think it sucks. But if you’re writing an article about a product, at least be a little bit impartial? Throw in some jabs of course, sure. This though, is just someone who not only hates the product, but the company that makes it, the CEO of the company that makes it, and the perceived

This is one of the dumbest takes I’ve read on Jalopnik all year (and that’s saying a lot). The “extremely lopsided on paper” comment completely OMITS what was admitted in the very first paragraph: the Cybertruck is towing a copy of the car it’s racing!

Vehicle that costs the same as a Porsche beats Porsche in drag race while towing another Porsche?

I mean, it’s impressive, if nothing else. All drag races are spectacle, really.

Not considered a safety issue by NHTSA, or just not brought to their attention enough to warrant an investigation? Recalls are safety only, otherwise it’s a voluntary campaign.

As a boomer, all I can say to you is get used to it.

As a Gen X’er that turned 50 this year putting elder in front of that hurts!

I believe this is the median in question.

The recall was for dangling wiring from the fuse box which is located beneath the A-pillar and cannot affect the left-hand drive models.

My wife and I were driving down a two lane road and I brought up the question “what would you do if I ever became incapacitated behind the wheel, and my foot came to rest on the accelerator pedal, causing the vehicle to accelerate”? Here response, what should I do? I responded that she should push the shift lever to

The issue is not that there was only 8 minutes of action. The issue is not about it being delayed. The issue was that they delayed the race knowing full well safety crew were contracted only up to a certain time, and yet didn’t inform anyone that this would be the case. Instead they had us sitting outside since 8:38PM
