A few years ago I finally got a local Popeye's. Ate their once, couldn't understand the hype. It went out of business in about 2 and a half years.

The movie officially retconned their graduation back a couple years to 2004. So 33-34 would be the normal age for them. Which leaves them a bit younger than their actors (Bell is 39, Dohring and Daggs both 37, Capra 36)
