I’ve always said and will continue to say that any winter tire comparison where the control is a summer tire can and ought to be discarded. The only people that drive summers in the snow are first time sun belt transplants, people who got caught off guard before they could switch to their winter tires/cars and morons.…

Never been a big pusher of winter tires, as I’ve always had good all-seasons or M/S rated ATs, until I got a set of Blizzaks for my daily.

This was an issue years ago, with ALL of the bronze tinted glass panels, not just the windshield.

Can confirm. One of my SVXii was a ‘94 with blue/green windows and a bronze replacement windshield. Was very noticeable in the rain.
