Try 06-09s. I've got an '09 model and aside from being underpowered, it's a good drive especially once you've left pavement behind.

Left side is not the correct side for the gas tank filler. That is, it's not if you're primary concern is safety, which Volvo considers from time to time.

You know what technology I've always had good luck with...in regards to rear view visibility? glass. And lots of it. All the cars I've bought with my own money have AMAZING visibility in the rear...and the front and everywhere because of that amazing technology of windows that were meant to be seen out of.

Best to check the dipstick before starting it up too - everyone's capable of making mistakes from time to time!

I guess I'm a bit jaded on the rarity front. Here in Colorado they are very easily accessible. I do agree on the looks front however, they still look fantastic. And the more people buy these, the more people forget about my favorite 90's Subaru, the Legacy SS, which means more for me. :-D

Having so many parts shared between all of its

I hate big screens in cars, and I really hate touch screens in cars. Now that car manufacturers will be required by law to have an LCD screen as the centerpiece of their dashboards, "infotainment centers" will be standard equipment on anything that isn't a bottom rung econo blob. I hate infotainment centers in cars.

There's a difference. I might need the airbags. I won't need the backup camera. I will have a very difficult time seeing the screen as I am looking over my shoulder while I am backing up.

If they made cars with rear visibility like my forester, rear cameras wouldn't be as necessary. it's like an aquarium.

...and another reason not to buy a new car.
