  • Many continue to claim the Always-On function in SimCity is a DRM scheme. It’s not. People still want to argue about it. We can’t be any clearer – it’s not. Period.

It reminds me of the way Capcom handled Dead Rising, but that bugged me because the Arcade game with Frank West returning should have been integrated into the main game. It just seems weird, like they designed a game that can't handle DLC or something.

I'm gonna guess its an Arcade title... which is silly because FC3 needs DLC.

No you're right and I do find it strange that it wasn't something they confirmed straight away which leads me to believe it is possible it might not say free. But regardless, the other issues are enough for me to change. I also don't want an always online console. Weirdly I am always online anyway, but I don't want to

I've already decided the make the move to PlayStation now anyway. I'm fed up of paying for Xbox Live, I'm not a fan of any of the exclusives such as Halo, Gears Of War or Fable (since it turned to shit). PlayStation on the other hand has Ni No Kuni which I've been dying to play, Last of Us which looks amazing and a

I didn't enjoy it. I got to the farm mission and have up due to boredom. It was just too hard to be stealthy and use disguises well

Ohhhhh my god I'm sooooooooo sorry.

Yeah I think its more of an optical illusion rather than actual bad design skills. I think the thin end of the 'V' makes it seem as if the banner in front with the word 'five' in it is not centric to the whole 'V'...

Ah, so glad we can agree.

Kinect is a failure. I'm not talking about financially or like that. I bought one, and regretted it ever since. I played it a few times and got bored. It's just not what real gamers want. I want a standard control in my hand, decent graphics, good gameplay and a good story. That's all a game needs.

Huh? No I'll definitley be getting it.

I don't like it because something about it seems off to me. Like it's not centrical or something. Can you see what I mean? Maybe it's the roman numeral that isn't centric or something, but somethings definitley bugging me.

Is there somewhere I can read a timeline of events or the full story of this game? I've read tidbits but I don't feel like jumping from article to article (I'm already putting off assignments enough as it is).

It's completely necessary for them to visit Rapture. It's one of the constants the game talks about. There's always a man, a city and a lighthouse.

From what I gathered, he tinkered with her machine to kill her, which ended up having the unexpected side effect of trapping her in the time/space limbo she's in, along with her twin/male self.

I played the first game when it was new, but I was quite young and I think I got stuck a few levels in and never bothered with it after that. I got the trilogy in the Steam sale not long ago, tried to play it again but it hasn't aged well and I just couldn't get into it. I'll probably get Thief 4 but it would be nice

I didn't think he'd be a final boss, but I definitley thought there should have been a few tense moments throughout where Songbird arrives and you make use of the skyrails to escape or dodge him until he gets distracted by something else. He was one of the best things about the game, but so underused, you barely

The whole article spoils the game literally right up to 5 minutes before the very end... why are you even here? Unless you played it right up to 5 minutes before the end and then stopped, in which case, what the hell?

Yeah I realise fighting him would be difficult, even on zeppelins as shown towards the end of the game, but I'm sure with a little imagination a workaround could be done. Maybe there could be a prototype Songbird stored away somewhere that you get to ride, Battle of the Songbirds. That sounds cool. And I like my

I was really hoping to actually battle Songbird in some way. I pictured flying some zeppelin or airship and firing cannons at him. Or some running sequences where you're forced to use sky rails to dodge and dive away from his pursuit. Definitley a lot of missed opportunities with Songbird, hopefully something DLC can
