And, in this analogy, Sky Williams is blaming neither the gross, drunk strip-club patrons nor the strip club. He's blaming the strippers, and the random people on the street who happened to have a strip club move in next door. And that ignores the fact that there aren't actually any strippers, because stripping isn't

Exploitation sucks. It's also a fact of life, something done by both genders, and exists pretty much everywhere, not just in video games. The fact that exploitation exists, and that some female streamers might be doing it, isn't an excuse to harass all of them.

Did every female streamer pay Sky Williams for his professional opinion as an outfit judge? If so, I have a lot more sympathy for him.

I think you're right, for the most part. But sexism being stupid doesn't mean sexism isn't possible.

When the only opinion presented perfectly fits the definition of slut shaming, it's probably going to get the speaker accused of slut shaming. Because that is literally what they are doing. I'm glad we live in such an age.

I'm sure the demo will come out on its own sometime closer to release. I like seeing a demo as a preorder bonus, though, even when I want the demo but don't want the game (as we both do here).

I thought I knew what you were doing up until the 3 hour part. Not sure where that got pulled from.

Growing up playing SC1 and BW, I always assumed there was something between Raynor and Kerrigan. It was never explicitly stated in the games, but it was certainly well within the realm of possibility. Then the books confirmed it.

Most likely they were extraneous, didn't push the story in the right direction or just didn't make sense. Much like the entire story of Halo 2 and Halo 3, but let's not go there!

Looks like the new Zelda TV series is shaping up nicely.

Sure, but this is apparently a common and consistent bug when simply switching between the game and the dashboard. It's something every XB1 dev and every Microsoft tester should have near the top of their checklist. The fact that it exists means both parties dropped the ball.

Dub only, huh? Welp, they just sold me two copies, so that I can make up for at least one jerk whose sale was lost.

This would be an invasion of privacy if they'd doxxed him. The dumbass gave his own identifying information. No privacy was harmed.

You keep talking about how young he is. 22 is more than old enough to know better than to fight ignorance with ignorance. Especially when the person in question is supposed to be able to deescalate shitty situations professionally.

My thoughts exactly.

I'm still interested. All I need is a hands-on display at a store somewhere, because I have a sneaking suspicion that I'll get a crippling migraine the moment I turn it on.

If Grimer had been made out of melted "Ice Creme", you'd be screaming about how there aren't enough desserts in the current generations. Also, Grimer would have been better.

Corporations are, in fact, legally people. If you don't like it, congratulations, you're just like the rest of us.

It happens all the time with a company of any significant size, and on things much bigger than this deal. There's just no way to keep everyone in a massive corporation informed about every little thing.

There is no harm whatsoever in pirating a product that cannot be obtained from the original makers of that product.
