Sure.

"...reading child porn is wrong? Or looking at simulated child porn?" That seems to pretty clearly draw a line between what you were talking about in the first sentence and fictional child porn. But I've definitely typed things that seem to be clearly entirely wrong without inflection before.

I have not read beyond the first paragraph here.

Lets say I create a game in which you, Dusparr, are forced to watch as your mother gets repeatedly gang raped. The fact that it is a fictional game, which you can opt out of, does not nullify the fact that the mere creation is monstrous.

Yes. It is.

For the same reason that looking at child porn reflects badly on you. You, yourself, did not photograph a naked child. But you are enjoying the product of someone else doing it. You are contributing.

Okay... I've been raped. This is terrible, and it would suck to see, but it is not the massive deal you are painting it as. There are many people for whom it is such a massive deal, but the real problem is that they cannot afford adequate psychological help, because our system is broken. The fuckweasel who is getting

Yes. It is.

I, for one, am strongly in favor of teabagging.

"Fantasy game" obviously means literary fantasy. It is not the actual definition of fantasy, because every fucking game ever fits the actual definition of fantasy. This has the exact same worth as screeching "OH MY GOD THIS IS NOT A COMPLETE REPRESENTATION OF LE MISERABLES. FUCK THIS GAME" at every game ever made.

You have a game in which rape is not possible.

...Maybe because a clickbaity, but true, headline that focuses on the worst portion of a video still beats a headline that a) covers a topic that has been covered and b) is a fucking lie.

This is sickening. The victims absolutely deserve to be upset. The people doing it absolutely deserve to be called out as the sociopathic fuckwads that they are.

I know a few Kotaku commenters who are real asshats. Horrible bunch. Wouldn't trust us for anything.

I think you misread my reply. I was saying that I realize that now.

I honestly didn't realize they weren't talking about the owl movie until I saw this.

I agree. First, and biggest, step to getting that integrity back: end the burner system, so that trolls like this at least have a few extra hoops to jump through.

I can't imagine having to block someone EVERY TIME in LoL, unless you're very low in the MMR. A person or two every few games, sure, but it's considerably less work than the last time I played CoD. And from what I understand, DotA keeps assholes grouped with assholes better than LoL does.

Man, if you're gonna troll, at least make some effort. You don't have nearly enough spelling errors to believe you're that illiterate.

Tekken, Soul Calibur, and Arc Systems games all get played for the story pretty often. You may be thinking of Street Fighter. Nobody ever played Street Fighter for the story, but then again, it barely has one.
