Pain management is part of labour - that is absolutely part of the discussion. Epidurals exist for a reason. And its the hospital’s job to manage that. You can also fully dilate within an hour.

And hospitals deal with pain. They could have administered an epidural at that point. Offered her a birthing tub. Kept checking her while she laboured.

All of his past arrests needs to be re-examined. And I don’t know if there was a civil suit for the murder (or a statue of limitations. I’m not American) but in light of this evidence, take him to court over every little thing
