And the hotpants comment really got to me. Those shorts aren't hot pants! They're just shorts! I'd say they're definitely age appropriate, because when I was 11, I wore shorts like that because they were cool, not because I was trying to be grown up.

Jealous! But I do work for one of the best Athletics programs in the SEC, so I can't complain about getting awesome work experience from that.

After witnessing my three siblings go through the student debt crisis, I gave up on dreams of a small-college, liberal arts education and went to the state school 8 miles from my parents' house, and man, was that the best choice ever. I've gone through four years making over $1,000 a semester in excess scholarships

I am, too. People who say that it's coercive to ask a girl in public clearly don't understand that she can say no and then the guy is just embarrassed. I like this one. It was different than most I've seen and really sweet.

Good thing you separated Tamika and Maya... that Lady Vol/UConn rivalry is INTENSE! (and of course, Tennessee is the better team. How can you not back Pat?!)

My best friend went on Weight Watchers (without exercising) around the same time I started training for a half marathon. So far, she's lost 15 pounds and I've lost 10. But I have so much more muscle than I did and can run 3x as long as I could before, and she's just getting thinner. She wants to get where she was at

That's what I thought! And then I started thinking maybe she meant drinking Caribou Lous. But hunting didn't cross my mind until I read the article.

Ooh! I'll have to find that one online. I also love Modern Family. Wednesday night is the best TV night.

SUCH a good show. And such a good episode of the show. I'm ready for the Zombie-pocalypse.

I had an original iPhone and got to keep my unlimited plan when I switched today.

Cool. I just know that a lot of people can't understand certain things I say, so I'll have to test it out. Hopefully Siri can understand me.

Any news on how Siri works with lisps? It's not an accent, but it does make people harder to understand.

And 90% of dads are child molesters?

I personally love the remote, with buttons ON THE BOOBS.

Duh! Because everything on Lifetime is so real, SO real.

You could have taken that whole paragraph from my mouth. I agree with all of it, and the scenes at the deaf school are amazing in so many ways.

ABC Family has already created a whole show about it. No worries.

...College, dude. Most kids don't take toaster ovens or bedsheets to high school.

The valley girl sarcasm went through my mind, but then I worried about being taken seriously.

Everyone here is missing the important question: where are her books?! Or do you carry your books around all day so that your locker can look trendy and clean every time you open it (apparently just to show off, because you have your books!). Really? Decorated lockers are cool, but they have a function, too.
