Went out to a buddies house tonight. Took another friend along, because why not, gas is cheap. Decided to drive the tow pig, a '97 expedition. Ran beautifully all night. Last leg of the trip home, right off a stop sign, there was a sudden banging/popping noise from under the hood.
Stopped at a mom and pop grocery store on the way home today. Bought some slightly overpriced brats and buns. Goddamn amazing. Support local business. Now I regret not buying the lamb chops. Always next week.
6 degrees outside, and my work truck decides that electricity is unnecessary. I opened the door, set my lunch box on the passenger seat, grabbed the ice scraper, and shut the door. Scraped the glass, but when I climbed back inside, I had no dome light. Weird. Key on, nothing there either. No crank, no headlights, no…
I'm sorry I'm late to the party, its been a long day.
Apparently it aired on adult swim at 3am randomly this week. I think its pretty funny, and played it over the radio at work a few times over the course of today.
I work in a chemical plant. Some water treatment stuff, some biocides, and some super nasty stuff.
Just popped up in my facebook feed. There is a VW boneyard in Cali that is going to the crusher. Scrap steel is about 16 cents a pound. He could probably get some bits for his bug if he walks in and offers for than scrap prices.
Anybody know the specifics of testing the coil for a '93 Jeep Wrangler? My in-line spark tester lights up and I held onto the wrong spot and got shocked, but every test I can find online that has pictures is using an HEI spark tester. When I use an HEI spark tester, I get nothing. I just wonder if it might be a weak…
I work with a guy who runs daily. Eats healthy. Preaches about it. He knows I used to be in shape, and hes overly pushy about wanting me to get on his schedule with him. He eats a salad every day with a couple of hard boiled eggs, no yolks. Me, I steal the yolks, salt them up, and eat them. He prattles about health…
And it was edited for no reason.
And I dont want you to miss me.
Yea, its a hick state with just about nothing to do, but the complete lack of any sort of inspections make up for it.
A buddy of the owner comes in yesterday, wanting brakes changed on his f250 because one side is dragging badly on the rear. He brought the stuff with him, so I dont even have to make a parts run. Except he brings out some 7-lug rotors and single piston pads, when his truck has 8 lugs and dual piston calipers.
There is a whole pile of them right here!
When his car was getting painted.
Just got a 12 bolt axle with posi from the scrapyard. Off some weird, weird, weird optioned truck. I think it was a '77 or '78 half ton, but it had a 454 and a TH475. And a posi rear end. Boring ass brown on tan paint, stock wheels.
Was out for a drive during the week. Took pictures while I was driving. There is nothing out here to hit anyway. This is sightseeing for me.....
I feel exactly like this seal.
I'm trying to copy some information off a website, and I cant make it work. I dont need anything fancy, just the info in some format that my junk ass phone can read. Preferably plain text so it does not have a heart attack.
