Yeah, but user license agreements that are inside the game after you already paid for it, at best are contracts of adhesion to be construed against the drafter.  They shouldnt be enforceable because you werent alerted to them prior to purchase so they were bargained for and there was no consideration for those terms…

The gist of it, and what xander-haj seems to be following there, is that for older games that did not have license agreements that explicitly barred costumers from reverse engineering parts or the entire game itself,
