There are most definitely “unidentified flying objects” out there…. and the government would very much like to keep them “unidentified”… at least until they are ready to declassify them because they already have something better to replace them.

About an hour after the crash, the owner of the vehicle called 911 to report that the car had been stolen sometime in the early morning hours. The owner’s residence was approximately five miles away from the crash scene.

I’ve read that these things are basically just for pure emergencies, like you are already stuck. It takes almost no time at all to destroy then on pavement.

It still doesn’t explain why trains (of any kind) in the US don’t come and leave on time, and why we have to consider that norm. If you ever experienced public transit outside of the US, you’d realize how fucking appalling it is. We just suck at it.

What the hell is “absurdly complicated” about popping a 2-inch plastic cover off the bumper.. and hooking up jumper cables to a negative & positive cable? You guys need to stop with the sensationalist headlines.
