ROFL, I thought the same thing up until I read your comment...

Patiently waiting for the [updated] post...

Would you say that 100% of the time when nobody is convicted of wrong-doing then no wrong-doing took place??? If you can affirm that then I would say I have no more argument...

I guess I can simply my point a little better: When you start opening the door to allow blocking FOIAs for any reason, you create the potential to allow the blocking of FOIAs for every reason...

Keep in mind the article is presented from one side of the argument. In the end, the effect would be the same regardless of what argument is used to block it... If you've ever read any of the climategate emails, you would see there is more to this argument than a simple harassment claim:

I've been wanting to get the iOS version but they don't have much support for loops at current, which is pretty much the only way I will ever make any music...

That is not entirely correct. There is a recent movement by those who perform climate studies that are looking to block the release of evidence though the freedom of information act... If the science is completely open this wouldn't be a logical maneuver...

The real question is can you make an inkjet printer out of a bomb detector?

It's a conspiracy!

I still think drinks are somehow keyboard seeking... It seems as if I ever knock over a soda, regardless of what side of the keyboard its on, it always goes into the keys...

I'm pretty certain I was made obsolete once they passed the 1% mark...

In all honesty, I'm just going to keep eating them...

Which sent me into a spiral of depression because I'm totally addicted to hot dogs...

No, I simply think bypassing an essential part of the scientific process, the one designed to find errors, inaccuracies, bias, and chosen omission of essential data shouldn't be ignored...

It might be significant to point out that this data has not yet undergone peer review, something considered indispensable in the scientific process...

> They found that the earth's temperature has risen by 1 degree Celsius since 1950.

My wife and I have been using Find my iPhone to track each other since the feature came out... Fortunately for us we both live boring enough lives that the data is never very interesting...

When I saw the headline I thought it was time to dust off my bottle of Cipro...

The good, the bad & Apple's new UI???
