This is also the case in Illinois. The lane has to be clear for emergency vehicles, unless the amount of traffic dictates otherwise. I've never heard of anyone actually get cited for this though.

Not quite all women, but easily 70/30. The biggest problem is that because hardly anyone leaves the company, it's pretty much all 40-50-year-olds here who have been here since they were my age (mid-20s). Even if I wanted to be CRUSHIN' PUSSY, it'd be to a bunch of soccer moms.
