So I’ve heard. But old habits are hard to break. I find cooking to be therapeutic and I rather enjoy tending the pan, watching the bacon cook, being more involved in the process. I suppose if I were cooking for a crowd I would try the oven method but I’m ok using the skillet most of the time.

Any benefit to starting with a cold pan only applies to the first batch and I usually have several batches. The comment about the headache concerns me. I am a devout ingredient-list-reader (Mrs. Z has a number of food sensitivities/allergies). Sounds to me like this mix either has a near-fatal level of sodium or enough MSG to trigger a reaction in you...(just looked it up..no MSG listed and one biscuit has 380 mg sodium)

I have to disagree that not voting absolves a person from culpability for whoever gets elected. You are equally responsible as those that vote for the person elected, imo. One MUST vote for the “better” candidate, whatever that looks like to them. Only then can they hold their moral high ground.
