Sorry. I should clarify. Robert Downey Jr’s Sherlock Holmes. The whole “reading” just by looking at someone within seconds scene he had with the detective was just done so OP.

Well, it was there. It was a nice tease to let everyone know that it exists. I look forward to it, but hope the next trailer will add some context as into what kind of story to expect. Otherwise, my feeling is, “I’ll check it out” instead of, “I can’t wait to see this.”
I liked the show. After finishing it, it was good for what it was. It was like Sherlock Holmes and The Punisher fused together. It was fun. The guy was bullet proof with plot armor. I mean the character was OP on so many levels. But it was fun. I also thought it was unintentionally funny only because of recent events…
Although one star stated that it would be the final season on a podcast, another star said probably the final season as well. MacFarlane has expressed hope that it won’t be the final season either and a co-producer confirmed that it hasn’t been officially decided. So, it’s not cancelled but not renewed. It’s just in a…
Speaking on that alone, I completely disagree. I have seen a lot of films made that are original with no connection to super heroes or franchises in these past couple of years alone. They may not be released in cinemas but they are made, and they can be viewed.
I think that’s the main issue. I personally hope for the show and all the people involved good luck, but it has a lot going against it.
The headline was a bit misleading for me. I thought the headline was about a lot of the main characters were going to die. Don’t know how many of the actors have kind of moved on or want to move on since filming in 2020. The last episode aired in April of 2019. And it’s not coming out until this June. That’s 3 years…
I knew that. This was posted back in 2019 after season 1 ended. I already commented on the article that confirmed on the second season last year.
You know what? Yes and no. You’re right. Maybe. Probably. Probably not. The guy or people involved had no idea and it was just a weird coincidence, or they are avid followers and obsessed with Chuck that project Mayhem is happening in China as we speak. Why not. Because nobody’s ever going to know.
Please. The whole world is. Society is. Any government is. And if Chuck was in China complaining, he would disappear. So how about we just lump all humanity as hypocritical irredeemable creatures. There, now that everyone is an asshole, there’s no disappointment or surprise on how people, nations, organizations, what…
Focusing on the China aspect of this story. The movie was edited and released on an official legal streaming site in China. However the movie has been available for years there both online and bluray copies. What they did probably is related how they are trying to clean up the internet there for their Lunar New Year…
Don’t give them too much credit. The ending was changed to fit the guidelines on new regulations on providing content. They just got a bigger stick up their ass and that all movies should have some form of a theme where the authority wins on some level.
I agree on a couple of points with Peter. If Disney plans to remake Snow White in a very similar fashion as they did with the Lion King. Then I just don’t see it as a success and more as just a gimmick Disney is using for a quick cash grab.
For me? No. But that character and the themes to its conflicts and tragedies fit the tone. I just feel some characters and storylines are watered down to fit the Disney + image. From the Moon Knight trailer, it looks awesome. But I’m hoping the show fines the right balance of handling Moon Knight.
I can’t argue with people’s dislike for it. I didn’t hate it, but I just can’t help but feel it could’ve been way better. And that’s what I worry about these shows. That Disney prefers to play it safe and just go for meh quality and for consistent numbers.
Well, I enjoyed the trailer. It seems to be bordering the dark tones just enough to stay on Disney and not go to Hulu. Although to be fair, the content of Moon Knight seems to fit in the more darker areas on the same level as Netflix Daredevil. Oh well, I do like Isaac, and so far I liked what I saw.
Well this has a lot more flexibility to succeed than Mass Effect. Fallout is just a world upon a world upon a world. You could have different stories, with different centralized characters or an ensemble cast. Each season can bet set in different states or regions of the world. I mean it’s an open world game. So what…
I enjoy it because it’s fun escapism in the absurdity. I have a good laugh at it, because it takes itself so seriously with nobody once coming across a gun. Given the news when it comes to violence and gun violence, I have to imagine where they live at is the safest place to be in America if the most threatening thing…
I think it’s better than the first trailer. And Mark Wahlberg still comes off more like Drake. Holland still comes off as Spiderman. But I realize since he’s not wearing a mask, all those facial expressions he makes in action sequences makes me take him less seriously as Drake.
