PARKS & REC may not be about geeks explicitly, but it's so good at incorporating different kinds of geek together and laughing *with* them as opposed to *at* them. See especially Ben and Leslie.

The Lord of The Rings movie trilogy - yep, I count all of then as one movie basically. Great story, great characters, great cinematography and a timeless soundtrack by Howard Shore !

I actually think Galaxy Quest is one of the best (besides some of the others mentioned here already). It was a brilliant take on ST:TOS.
