I don’t think it’s that. Truly, this console has ‘built for the modern Japanese market’ written all over it. Mobile is king there now, a lot of younger people aren’t even bothering to buy TV’s for their homes anymore.

I don’t agree with you on this one. I personally loved FO4 and couldn’t understand all of the hate that it received in various corners of the internet.
I have family connections to Japan and spend a lot of time there. The amount of unhealthy food options in Japan these days is concerning and the Japanese media have really started to pick up on it in recent years.
It isn’t, not even close but if you like it then good for you.
I’m so pissed off about this whole Battle.net nonsense. I knew something like this would happen when no pre-order page showed up on Steam though. It’s such a shame.
Is it sad that this is the game I’m most looking forward to this year? Of everything else, only RDR2 comes close.
I don’t think anybody has accused this of being a bad game. It’s arguably the best thing that Bethesda have put out there since Doom.
If they don’t own the rights then how in the hell were they able to incorporate or even hint at characters like ShoDan etc?
I have to be honest, I thought professional gambler since that part of the world is chock full of them but you could be on to something. It would have to have been a different game though because I don’t think Pokemon Go was around back then.
That is: some people are paying more money for old hardware that lets them cheat, than they would for the latest consoles that can play state of the art games.
If this was intended to be a System Shock sequel all along then why didn’t they just make it that way?
A couple of years ago I saw a guy walking along a street on Hong Kong with 5 smartphones stuck to a piece of cardboard that was attached to his arm.
And they wonder why game sales dropped last Christmas? They’re just recycling the same tired old franchises each and every year.
I will pick it up at some point but probably in a sale I think. I’ve recently quit Overwatch but I’m tempted to finally give Dishonored 2 a try.
Finally I am feeling slightly better about not buying this.
I’ve been a huge fan of OW since the open beta last year. Nearly 1 year on, I tried Competitive properly for the first time last week and subsequently also quit playing the game entirely last week and uninstalled it. I doubt I will ever go back to it again now.
That was on the tutorial. It didn’t give me an option to buy anything.
As long as idiots are still paying for them, I see plenty of benefits for Blizzard.
For Christ’s sake, stop making me want to buy this. I don’t really have the time to play it atm but it’s the first really interesting game release I’ve seen in a while.
The owners are extremely brave and/or generous for letting him take a soldering iron to that.
