@Telecinision: Assuming the games are even on the PC. "All platforms" is surprisingly ambiguous.

@Trey: They get the player population online and the feedback; they've always been a studio that's accepted and done its best to address player feedback. They don't completely lose in second-hand deals, but the don't make any money. The big point for many is that Activision won't get any support.

@xyzl: I never thought about that. My inner fanboy just had a glee-seizure.

@Malfunktion v2: Seropian's at Wideload Games with Disney. If anybody's going to get canned for speaking up, it'd be Jason Jones, Harold Ryan, Luke Smith, and Luke Timmins. I imagine that if anything happened with Joseph Staten, Marty O'Donnell would leave promptly.

And hell, even though Respawn Entertainment isn't explicitly part of the suit, making this situation as public and high-profile as possible is going to drag Activision through the mud and

@SonicTHP: "Barry, seriously, man, it's not you, and I'm not going for your ex-girlfriend at Best Buy. Come on, man. You understand. It's Jazz. Fucking. Jazz. Listen... I'm just gonna set this five down right here, and if you feel the need to follow your heart, you'll come find me, maybe go half-and-half for a

@FortuneGT: Megatron is reportedly an Xbox 360 exclusive. An Autobot, who wishes to remain nameless, went on record, saying that "We're happy to see that Megatron has finally made a partnership in which both parties fail in equal measure."

@AncientUnknown1: "Why do you think Iron Man 2 performed so poorly in theaters, Mr. Downey, Jr.?
