I wanted to like it, but in practice it just didn’t feel like it offered anything that was actually useful. Oh I can shoot people at range? Ok...I guess. Wasn’t having any issues with them. It didn’t really feel all that great at dealing with groups, or high health enemies. I’d have to jump through hoops to really

It’s a “stretch” to say that expanding the Mona Lisa is an idea and a vision conceived by a human being? How so?

Let’s look at the facts again

Good luck on the rest of your strawman arguments!

I don’t know what to tell you friend.  There are lots of games out there that don’t use predatory tactics to squeeze every last cent out of you.  That you seem to be entirely unaware of that fact is truly mind boggling.

So do you believe that the game is not going to advertise the battle pass at all? That its not going to try to get you to buy it? That the company isn’t going to use exploitive tactics to get you to spend more money? And you believe not wanting to pay for a company to inflict that on you is somehow silly?

Oh well that certainly explains it. You seem to think that the base game and the battle passes are two entirely unrelated things that can only ever be considered entirely in isolation. In reality they’re very closely linked together.

Yes, that value proposition is up to us. And as Straw Hat originally stated, they aren’t going to be buying it because of the value proposition. There was no crisis.

Its the numerous suits and investigations regarding Twitter’s inability to pay, or refusal to pay, its bills and everything coming out around that.

Nicholas doesn’t understand the issue with battle passes and paying for additional content that way. Hence my question.

Right, and games also did not used to come with frequent new content additions.

I’m sure this sounds absolutely crazy, but you used to be able to buy a game at a premium price and it wouldn’t ask you for more money every few months. At most they’d sell you an expansion later, or a sequel, or an entirely new game.

Lol what, why would they have to “verify” questions?

There’s an argument to be made that its a distinction without a difference.

No. Yet doesn’t play into it.

Have some faith in your own IP WotC.

You’d be surprised. The “I’m not racist but” crowd really didn’t make a showing for this one. However... the “Not even trying to hide my racism” crowd was loud and proud about this one. The n-word alone, and there was a lot of very racist shit posted besides that, vastly outnumbered the “I’m-not-racist-but” responses

A few more for the pile.

Come on now. The voice was flat. The dialog would be barely acceptable in an asset flip. The ‘animations’ make the launch version of Mass Effect Andromeda look top of the line in comparison.

Yeah I’ve never quite understood that.
