The Taycan purchase is not a surprise. Bill is a Porsche fan and also owns a freaking 959, which instantly grants him all kinds of cred that no amount of tweeting can undo.

IDK every time I hear Musk talk, it’s pretty underwhelming.

Either GM lags; or they try to lead, put out something half-baked, then kill it due to poor reviews just as it’s becoming a decent automobile. The Corvair, Fiero, and EV-1 are all examples (although GM made good use of lessons learned from the EV-1 later.)

Hmm. Checks author. Googles Author. Finds author’s linkedin.

Cheap shot in the headline, especially considering emissions regulations were largely responsible for the demise of the rotary engine.

“Oh look, here comes a new update!"

It’s been a while

Eddie might be coming into being the Grand-dad type America is looking for. Just seeing him hustle through Dolemite with integrity and earnestness made me feel better about the future. He could have easily dipped out and let it all fall apart, but he’s out there making people smile and I’m here for it.

Shit, I would put more of that statement behind people like fucking Richard Pryor than anyone.

Dear Honda,

I’m all for making KITT happen, but it needs to actually be KITT. Elon’s “Autopilot” is starting to seem more like an expensive version of jamming a brick on the gas pedal and praying.

I think the issue is that the suits over this have been brought by owners or owners survivors. And if it hits court, jury’s are seeing it as Darwin in action - issue occurred because driver wasn’t paying attention.

This frankly goes to show the risks that the troopers are under in just normal duty. If they hadn’t done what they had done, this car would have plowed into potentially an occupied vehicle and caused further injuries. It’s not just violent criminals that threaten lives, but inattentive drivers.

Maybe if the upcoming animated Blade Runner series works out, Warner Bros. and Miller will do something with Mad Max.

We all want to know more about Furiosa.

Break out the edible silver paint and flaming guitars!

The insult in question was Unsworthy telling Musk to take his sub and shove it where it hurts.

No, here in the US the powers at be are trying to make the US a Dictatorial Regime. The Constitution is still getting in their way.

The difference is that Unsworths insult was really just factual.  The submarine idea was ridiculously stupid.

Ahh, the ‘He started it!’ argument. Brilliant.
