Stop fear mongering. This isnt Android Open Source Project. Stock Android does not have IQ.

Any custom rom dev with a right mind has this stripped right off the bat.

There are plenty out there, but there is a string of code you can use if you have root to remove the IQ agent. You can find it around the Android websites, I would look around XDA.
