I'm a Neti pot fan as well. In addition to that and HEPA filter, I have hypo-allergenic mattress and pillow covers. I have also found that since I started bicycling year 'round, my allergies are not as bothersome as they once were. I have no science for this.

In my heady single days I made almost all of my meals in something called "The Snackster." It made hot pockets, basically. Two pieces of bread, fill with anything! Nutella and bananas, spinach and feta, shaved ham and swiss. They reheat nicely in a toaster oven. But that's not really cooking.

I believe that the UK Cadbury is made with liquid milk and never powdered which gives it a lovely melt. Also ran across this link proclaiming US Cadbury manufacturing is licensed out to Hershey don't know if that is true though.
