True, but a P-1 visa allows you to work in the US. It’s the same visa that is issued to professional athletes. There may be a limitation on who you can work for, but it’s a work visa.

This is empirically false. The United States has had a serious racism problem for 200+ years, and in recent decades has only barely become openly discussed and attempted to be addressed.
