Not difficult, no, but not an acceptable solution either. I enjoy talking to random people I don't know, it's just the children and fuck-sticks out there whom I don't want to hear.

Rating a player doesn't work very well in my experience, though it probably has a lot to do with a games match-making system (I play a lot of RDR, and with the way its system is set up, you're bound to run into the glitchers and douchebags quite often).
