This news finds me very happy. Being short on money, I still don't know how I'm going to be able to afford all of the great games coming out, but at least now it will be spread out a little bit. How often do you play portable games "on the go?" I do occasionally, but when I purchase a game, I want to play it, not wait until the next time I'm traveling and have nothing to do.

The idea of unlockables gained through concerted, or uncoordinated, effort is cool, but I don't think it will lead to many earth-shattering innovations. It will be similar to handheld-to-console connectivity: just one branch of gaming's future, not a major evolutionary pathway for the medium.

I saw them on a Kotaku post two days ago I think. I don't think the video made sense with the post other than both involving Bill Gates, but regardless, I started to watch them. Haven't finished yet, but I'll get to it.
