Agreed. Guarantee I would have enjoyed The Last of Us Factions a hell of a lot more than I ever did Destiny. They really shouldn't have had any say.

I never felt the need to loot a puddle. With a few perks in commerce, I can’t even sell the spoils of one mission to wipe out some Ecliptic mercs without the vendors running out of money. “Items worth money” isn’t remotely a problem in the game, the problem is being able to sell them.
Nah, there’s a million ways to make money.
So, I do mostly web development these days, and “we have your HTML” is maybe the stupidest non-issue I can possibly imagine.
Ah yes 4/11. Got Infamous and Little Big Planet out of that one.
I lived through Sony 4/11. Never forget.
6000 files is peanuts for a company like Sony.
Especially if it’s just build logs and documentation.
It’s pretty much worthless.
This reminds me of a Ubisoft breach where hackers claimed to have obtained “hundreds of CVs” but actually only had a fraction of that, and you can find CVs on linkedin anyway.
I’ve noticed Kotaku is mostly filled with negative articles towards Starfield. They have separate negative articles about the ship building, accessibility, and not working on the Steam Deck. Even their review mashup article features the least positive reviews at the top.
Seriously. Not that I expect every game to have every possible accessibility option, but you’d think super basic things like “subtitle font/color” would be standard on a modern AAA game.
Having just replayed Guardians of the Galaxy, which had some fantastic accessibility options, and currently replaying TLOU2, it seems like an idiotic oversight for such a massive AAA game to drop with barebones in that department.
Waiwaitwaitwait... So ... I can *already* stream PS5 cames to mobile devices I already own, using a DS5 controller I already own? Do I have that right?
So Sony has a streaming service & this is a streaming device, but you can't use it with the service, despite it having all the necessary hardware. This seems like something they will teach in business classes in the future.
I, too, remember the infamous Atheist Crusades, and the Atheist Witch Hunts in which they burned accused Religion-Havers at the stake after show trials.
It’s not that crazy. Skyrim came out 12 years ago. Game sizes have increased significantly over the past decade. BGS’ most recent game (Fallout 76) requires over 80 gigs and from what I understand, Starfield has more content than any of the studio’s previous games.
probably the third- or fourth-best story in all of video games
Seems beautiful, but I just... have no interest in that style of shooter. It was the same way with Destiny for me - gorgeous art, cool lore, amazing feeling gunplay but everything else around it just doesn’t click for me.
No. It is the Sony version of the Wii U’s Gamepad
This is awesome!
“Automation is bad because it’s threatening a white collar job in the arts”, brought to you by writers who doesn’t mind taking part in the online blogging arena which set fire to countless blue collar jobs.
You guys don’t actually give a crap about automation, not really. You’ve never complained about it on this scale…
Why would you install most of these games on every PC after beating them in the past? Most of them aren’t great tech demos and the others aren’t uniquely replayable. This list would make more sense if it were a list of games with impressive visuals or games you pick up and play for a quick session like rogue legacy,…
