This article pretty much nails this. The CB500X almost nails it. If it were a CB650X it would still be in my garage. It’s a great little bike but the 500 twin falls short on the highway. Otherwise it’s fantastic. It’s just heavy enough to be stable and light enough to feel manageable on mild trails and dirt roads.

Cost per square foot where I live for a garage is $250.  Should’’s don’t apply in mountain towns.

I didn’t even consider the dirt. I had an estimate on a garage on my property with a small office on top about 10 years ago and it was $225,000. I am sure an office delete will still get me above 200K today.

The problem is the Rogue is a volume car that is not selling at a very high volume. Nissan trashed their brand. It might not be a terrible car, but it is a low margin appliance.
