I disagree. The company creates the standards under which the dealerships operate. They determine everything from the layout of the building, the design and whether or not there’s a cooler full of water bottles. Details as specific as the furniture in the space are ordained by the manufacturer.

Sure…But both are customer interface problems that have not been properly addressed. It speaks to company culture.
