It can’t do worse than the current CTS models, most of which don’t have small blocks under the hood.

How the hell is this a “drawn out development cycle” — we’ve only known of this things existence for the past year or so. Brand new cars from the ground up take 4-6 years to produce, there’s really nothing drawn out about this. Nevermind the fact 95% of the buyers are people who have money and probably don’t spend

How much do you want to bet that GM insisted on towing it with their GM truck? I can’t even imagine what would happen if pictures circulated of an F250 towing this car.

A Fauxierofauxrrari then?

I thought of that too. :) Bodykitception!

what we need is a body kit to make it look like a Fiero with a Ferrari body kit.

Never giving up hope

In more important news, the gas station at the corner of Milford Road and General Motors Road has a Tubby’s! Had they had such a luxury when I lived in Milford, I would have achieved maximum BMI much sooner. Instead, I had to wait until moving east and discovering Wawa.

They should have just used the universal unit of torques, the Nurple. Then it’d be easy to explain.

1st gear: I find the USA today commentary to be dumb. They’re talking as if what Tesla already builds isn’t ‘functional’ and can’t work for families at all. And plenty of families have owned far less reliable and much worse supported vehicles than that Tesla sells.

I have a bunch of 737 Captains as friends. And have also spoken to other “training pilots” for AA and UAL. There have been whispers about the design trade-offs on the MAX for years. It’s too much engine for a 50 y/o airframe that wasn’t designed for this.

3rd gear:

INB4 someone tries to say that it’s going to be a Cadillac Stingray

If we could put people to work fixing the roads, that would be awesome! most of US infrastructure is old and crumbling. roads and bridges were built intended to last 50years. They’re not at or beyond that lifecycle and are either neglect or replaced by roads that really will only last 5-10years.  A program like the

2nd Gear: A re-skinned Chevy without a nice Caddy V-8 selling for more than 50 grand? Yeah Cadillac already lost. And saying a “tepid” response at NAIAS is being too generous.

So, basically, the idea is to buy a lot of Jeeps if we want more, newer Jeeps.

I’m betting they are targeting shuttle services rather than large families. So long road trips wouldn’t really be much of a concern.

It is possible to use a Van for only city tasks where you need to haul family and gear 30-60 miles a day. For that, this will be really good (assuming they don’t fuck up the van qualities of it). 2 kids and a stroller going to the park, rec center, school etc is all well within this vehicles scope. Also, people buying

Ugh, with the way the pissy fanboys have been about this movie, I was really hoping it would be good just to shut them up.
