So at the end of the day it meets the same fate as Fighting is Magic. The game will get made, but all the buzz will be lost.

I feel like a lot of the fanbase has cooled off. Combined with FNAFW’s poor reception, I doubt this is going to make much of a splash.

Beast Wars and Beast Machines are part of the G1 continuity, most closely related to the original cartoon. Beast Wars takes place far in the future (where the characters come from) and far in the past (they travel back in time, that’s where all of the events happen) of the G1 cartoon.
