Drag makeup is now a “thing” for normies and when you do see it in real life (on anyone), it looks every it as ridiculous and thick and caked on and unnecessary as you think it might.

Starred for Lisa Eldredge. Even her heavy or “character” looks still look like a person, where you can see actual skin texture and unique features. JC and all his Insta-ilk look completely flat like a Bratz doll. Combined with the overfilled plush lips and you have a pretty ridiculous ~~lewk~~.

So is it weird to anybody else that being “good” at makeup application apparently means making yourself look like a goddamned clown in a “clean” way? Why are people like James Charles held up as these great makeup artists when everything about them looks caked-on and clownish?

I certainly get Bernie’s appeal as the most left-leaning candidate in 2016, but in 2020 he seems just a personality cult based around “our guy” getting the nomination. What policies does he advocate that younger, better candidates haven’t adopted?
