I saw it more like Banner and Hulk merging into one.  The two extremes of their personalities meeting in the mellow middle.  Confidence and power of the Hulk tempering the neurotic, nervous energy of Banner.

Titan has been “in talks” for years it seems.  The last update I remembered was them saying things sounded like they were getting close when they brought up how they arent using the COH IP for anything, and then like a couple months after that, NCSoft added Statesman to their already-doomed-at-this-point MOBA.

I have never once played a pre-made sim in these games.  I know it has story blurbs about them on the select/house move in screen, but is there actually some kind of story during the game that happens thats different than when playing a custom character?

It is their second attempt at a western entry, yes.  There are a lot of similarities, like theres an aim button, and there are FAR fewer enemies, but they take more bullets.
