@Hooplehead: Yeah, that's my issue. Show them doing something that actually makes women come, and women will watch. Facials and hard poundin' anal where the woman looks anxious, pained or bored don't do it for me, but they represent a lot of what's out there.

@nobodyr: Right on. I hope they show lots of roses and chocolates and montages of slow dancing to the Righteous Brothers greatest hits. I certainly don't want to see any depictions of any hard, thick, veiny succulent cocks, or any sweaty, slobbery pussy-eating action.

@Nell_fersher: I think she's pretty awesome all by herself. I do wonder about why she's with him, though. I mean...I'm sure he's charming one-on-one but....

@Moretta: Maybe you're right. He looks a bit like him but Liev + Jon Hamm = too much hotness for one evening.

@Moretta: yeah, I think so.

That's Liev Schreiber!

@notsodarling: he should never button all the way up. we know what's under that shirt, and we need to see at least one more button undone.

um..is that a lumberjack shirt under your jacket, Jon?

@some obscure reference: Now, see, if you'd been in DC it would have been too cold for a paleta. So that's one reason to be glad you were in LA.

The thing about Palin and a fair number of the conservative demogogues we love to hate is that in a social context, like, drinking a beer at a backyard cookout, they'd probably be great fun to hang out with.* See also: Bush, George W.

@Tirannie: All drugs in the benzo family are highly addictive, so docs tend to be on alert when people ask for them. And yes, people use them recreationally, although more in a "I'm self-medicating to numb terrible emotional pain/anxiety" way rather than a "I want to get so high I can't feel my face" way.

@Tirannie: Hey, if you can't cry disruptively at your mom's funeral, you can't do it anywhere. You were entitled. I just think if it's going to make you suffer less on a really hard day, you should get some drugs. It's not like you get some kind of trophy for making it through the day without them.

@BreeDMN: I'm so sorry about your brother. I cry at the drop of a hat, too, and Klonopin is a miracle worker when you just have to hold it together. If you're going to be a freaked-out, suffering weepy mess, there's no shame in getting something to take the edge off.

Benzos, ladies! There is no shame in pharmaceutical soothing if the funeral's going to be a rough one.

@SisterCarrie: They're going to have to string barbed wire around the entire state.

@snacktastic: I am totally saving that link for when I need to avenge myself on some unsuspecting guilty party.

@bookling: Where are the antlers? Why are they wearing the same dress?

@ritualtheory: So necessary for us Chosen People. We gotta do SOMETHING with that eight days worth of oil...
