@bumpcitykitty: I know, right? I kept my mouth closed and tried not to think about it. Felt really nice, though.

I was in St. Petersburg in June 2006 when they had a heat wave that sent temperatures into the 90s. Since almost nothing's air-conditioned, it was brutal.

@mordicai: I think the second one is more likely. He might somehow set it up as Talbot being killed as revenge for the Magister. Of course, the real question is whether Russel knows who Eric is, in which case, he'd figure out Eric's motive for killing. Since vampires have perfect recall, that seems likely too....

@mordicai: Totally agree. And whatever's going to happen between Eric and Russel now will be EPIC. Russel's a goofy little man with bad hair but he's got 2,000 years on Eric and he's pissed.

@mordicai: Yes, part of what's fun about Bill is when he gets violent—twisting Lorena's head around, or attacking the King's guards—-it's so unexpected, because he's the nice guy. Whereas Eric...meh...you know he's going to kill people so what's fun about him is seeing the unexpected glimpses of family-style

@YoungBayardRustin: I think it's more that most of us don't like to make pithy comments or gossip about attempted suicide.

We haven't seen nearly enough of that smug, rapey little shit this season. Come on, Weiner! I need some Pete to hate on!

@Cinnamoncanuck: Exactly. Fuck the gurus. Pizza makes me happy.

@Padparadscha: As far as the sick ideas coming out of Big Fashion these days, tasteless send-ups of the electric chair seem rather tame to me.

It's especially ridiculous considering that a lot of the actresses in "teen" porn are around 24 as well.

@misoheartsderby: I know, right? I'd like to be at one of those casting calls.

@viklane: Totally agree, esp. about Ryan Kwanten. Making Jason likeable is a real challenge for him as an actor, but he pulls it off because he seems to be genuinely having fun with how ridiculous Jason is, so he comes off more as a loveable oaf than a douchebag.

@monka: Goddamn subtitles get in the way.

@cate3710: My hair loves sulfates. I have yet to find anything else that cleans it without leaving it flat and limp.

@kungfutoday: I have hair very much like the blonde lady and you're definitely right. It'll be stringy and oily by the end of the week, plus blonde hair, when oily, looks darker, so the greasiness (and the dirt that sticks to the grease) is much more noticeable than if your greasy hair is brown or black.

My mane, when left alone, will be limp, oily and stringy after a couple days. No thanks.

Does anyone know if there's a place on-line that sells knock-off patterns of Joan's dresses? Seriously, y'all, I neeeeeeeed some of those dresses.

This may be the one time that "y'all just jealous" is actually the correct and appropriate response.
