Some of the comments I'm seeing here are eroding my faith in humanity a little bit. I am truly surprised by the number of people who are just not getting it. *sigh*

Though, you could make a case that for an African-American, the Wu Tang Clan symbol might be an important cultural symbol. I'm serious.
Edit: I guess what I'm trying to say is that I'm not really sure he is doing it sincerely for heritage reasons.
The big mega Sainsbury's have been selling clothes for a while now—clothes, books, home goods and furnishings, electronics, gardening supplies, all sorts.

It's a wig! Go for it!
Redacted my comment, because it was mean-spirited.
That cat reaction video made me LOL. Best evar!
I know all that, I've talked to plenty of actual English people (some of my best friends are English people — no, not really) and I still don't like it. Holy shit, man, just because the "average Brit" uses the term doesn't mean that people from the former colonies have to like it.
Mmm. Well, disagreement on the use of the term "colonies" aside, I think we can both concur: republicanism FTW, right?
I'm going to assume that you're joking when you call those places colonies, because none of them are colonies anymore. As a person from a former UK colony —one of the little ones full of non-white people—I get a little touchy when people call independent states "colonies". They're not colonies. Please don't call them…
Oh ye gods, the way he holds that binky like it is the most precious thing in the world, and the way he looks down at it and looks back up and looks down at it again and looks back up... No, I'm not crying; it's just raining — on my face.
The colonies?
Not just as a tribute, but also because she is a trained doula herself.

I have heard people say, "She's a black" or "She's a gay" and it does annoy me, because it seems so dehumanizing. Ditto for when people talk about, "blacks" or "the blacks" as opposed to saying "black people". Similarly, with "She's a Jew." I just think saying "She's Jewish" or talking about "Jewish people"…
I thought so too! I'm going to try it tomorrow and see how it works. I think my shitty eye is the left one, but it's a close contest.
