They’re not rare for you most likely because Seattle is close to Canada. The only JDM car I’ve seen in Texas was a right hand drive FD RX-7. If I ever see an R-32, 33 or 34 in person I will probably lose my shit for a few minutes the same way I did when I saw a JDM RX-7.
