Most are, and maybe they have blame to take, if the persons claims about the belts, and skimping on safety devices is true. But ultimately, and unfortunately, if the stories about the drivers actions are true, their behavior cost them their lives.

But gloves are just more things to get stuck and rip your arm off!

That’s not at all similar. When you pay a fee to access the exact trails you are paying to access, they should be maintaining them. At a theater, you are paying to watch a movie, walking on the floor is an unavoidable requirement to get there.

It's hard to see sarcasm when people are using such arguments to put blame anywhere except for bad behavior on the road. If he was being sarcastic, I couldn't tell, people have been more serious about lesser things.

A tree in a residential area? NO WAY!

This is a tough one because bad design is bad design, but would it have failed similarly if it were not speeding in excess of the limit?

so if you disclose your items to the valet, in detail, and have it noted by all parties that you did so, or could prove you did so, you could argue their liability for lost goods while in their care as well then?

It really didn’t seem like sarcasm because on reddit this argument was used tooth and nail about abandoning gamers being akin to taking away their jobs and other shit.

Is it? Damn, no exploitation then

gaming isnt a basic right of living. doesnt apply to basic human needs, therefor your comparison is moot

they advertised it as new gen only, then people lost their shit and activision put the B team on making an old gen version. cut the cord already, gaming is somewhat a luxury, you cant expect to make everyone happy just because they cant afford the new consoles.

if they allow you to do the free upgrade, i see exploitation opportunity

Do they give money back to a dev if a game sells poorly? Or not at all? No? Then they can shut the hell up and do their jobs, and get paid more for subsequent work, like everyone else

Good point, which is completely backwards, and equally unacceptable.

I think the bigger problem is people don’t associate prostitution with abuse and coercion.

I agree, but until people stop assaulting others with rifles, it probably isn't going to happen.

The police made a mistake- understatement of the year, they fucked up, and they pinned a hoax explosive charge on him right off the bat.

The guns move a tiny bit, not a real obvious amount, but it’s simply visual, if it moves or not wouldn’t change anything. Instead of your crosshair moving around, it expands , it’s exactly the same outcome, just accomplished in a different visual way. It’s nothing to lose sleep over.

Yeah, I know, the spread goes full on Parkinson's if you even breath strongly. Which is why I ask why it needs a visible recoil of the gun, you don't even aim down the sights anyways, why does a gun need to jump all over when the bullets fly randomly after the first shot anyways.

Then why does it need visible recoil? If the bullet spread is random, why do you need recoil?
